Tips for a Brighter 2020



It’s hard to believe but 2020 is just around the corner and as we head into a new year, here are a few ways to boost your happiness and your life satisfaction. Start by changing your attitude, be an optimist instead of a pessimist, take cues from people who seem to be happy, balance your work load, build up your social network, loneliness can lead to all kinds of health problems, do some volunteering that helps other people and finally just laugh more often, it really decreases stress hormones. Hope that will help some as we all try and improve our lives.
