2020 has been a very trying year, to say the least and with a new year coming up soon, I want to share with you some ways to boost your happiness and your life satisfaction. Start by changing your attitude, be an optimist instead of a pessimist, take cues from people who seem to be happy, balance your work load, build up your social network, loneliness can lead to all kinds of health problems, do some volunteering that helps other people and finally just laugh more often, it really decreases stress hormones. Let's all do more positive things and make 2021 a year that will make us feel better and more productive.
