Don't Forget Your Vitamin D

I have been reading so much about the benefits and also the concerns regarding Vitamin D lately because I'm considering adding the supplement to my regimen.  Here's a little of what I found.  While Vitamin D 's role in protecting bone density is well known, recent research has centered around its role in the immune system.  One recent study revealed that the lower a population's Vitamin D levels, the higher the number of Covid-19  infections. That being said, I think I will add Vitamin D to my diet.  By the way, you can also get Vitamin D in foods like fish, milk, orange juice , pork and eggs.  It's something to think about in these troubled times.
